The RoleYou’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:
- You’ll use KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
- Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
- Leading, coaching, and developinga supervisor and team of tutors
- Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
- Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
- Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
- Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

- You’llhosttrial sessions,manageenquiriesandnew member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported
