Role OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will ensure the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Responsibilities- Operational Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.), design and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows, identify and mitigate operational risks, and ensure compliance and business continuity.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans, establish and track KPIs, report performance insights to the CEO, and recommend corrective actions.
- Growth & Scalability: Lead initiatives that build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support sustainable company growth.
- Financial & Resource Stewardship: Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, identify cost‑efficiency opportunities, and allocate internal resources effectively.
- Talent & Culture Development: Mentor department heads and senior leadership, foster a culture of accountability, act as a champion for core values, and support employee engagement and retention.
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven record of scaling operations and managing cross‑departmental functions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
