Kingdom Support & Care is seeking an outstanding Support & Care Director to lead a high-performing service and help shape the future of care across our communities.

This is a critical leadership role where you’ll set direction, drive performance, and champion person‑centred services ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care every day.

You will lead the Support & Care business, working closely with the Executive Team and Board to deliver strategic priorities, strengthen performance, and embed a customer‑first culture throughout the organisation. From shaping strategy to empowering teams, you’ll ensure services are high‑quality, sustainable, and continuously improving.

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in the care and support sector. You will bring the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams, combining strategic insight with strong operational oversight. You will be confident in building effective relationships with partners, stakeholders, and regulators, and adept at working in a complex environment.
