This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Filton. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the branch, including supervising team members, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include assisting in staff scheduling, implementing best practices, and fostering a positive team environment to meet performance and service goals.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise team members effectively
• Strong organizational, time management, and operational coordination skills
• Inventory management and logistics experience to optimize stock control and delivery schedules
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges proactively
• Basic knowledge of the automotive glazing industry or related fields is an advantage
• Proficient in using standard office software and inventory management systems
• Relevant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is preferred
