Aberdeen / Remote - £65,000 - £80,000 (Office-based, Full-time, 40 hours per week)

As a Business Advisory Senior Manager, you will lead a talented team within the expanding Business Advisory department at one of Scotland's most respected independent accountancy firms.

• Play an integral role in developing and executing the department's strategic objectives, aligning with the firm's vision for growth and diversification.
• Manage the full life‑cycle of business advisory projects across a broad and varied client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain close client relationships, delivering strategic insights and becoming a trusted business partner.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, supporting their development and ensuring high‑quality client delivery.

• Work in a well‑established independent firm with a strong local reputation and a clear growth strategy.

• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in managing a business advisory or client portfolio, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
