The company is a well-established service provider to the ground investigation industry, delivering geotechnical and site investigation drilling across borehole drilling, groundwater installations, C  testing, soakaways, concrete coring and structural investigation. Working across rail, energy and highways, they have ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years, creating real opportunities for the right people to step up as the business expands.

• Working towards a full Contract Manager position within a growing business
• Overseeing work across 5 drilling crews on geotechnical and site investigation projects
• Varied work across rail, energy and highways sectors
• Funded training courses plus 1-to-1 access to a Leadership Coach
• Bristol based - covering client and site visits across the South West

• At least 1 year’s experience within site investigation work
• Looking to progress into contract management
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Based in or commutable to Bristol
