Navantia UK is seeking a Plating Supervisor to lead plating teams in a heavy engineering environment. You will plan daily work, allocate resources, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate delivery to schedule.
The role requires apprenticeship or advanced qualification in Fabrication or equivalent, with proven supervisory and plating/fabrication experience and strong people management skills. You will participate in safety briefings and maintain high standards of workmanship.
