We are currently recruiting
Machine Operatives
to join our
Blow Moulding department
, operating bottle supply equipment to achieve required standards of performance and support manufacturing operations.

This role has a stronger focus on
machine set‑up, fault finding and performance
, and would suit candidates with previous machine or production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Location:

Bellshill

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Salary: £29,290.59 per annum

• Set up, operate and monitor bottle supply and de‑bagging machinery
• Carry out fault finding and respond to equipment issues
• Complete traceability documentation and production records accurately
• Support changeovers and adjustments to minimise downtime
• Control bottle and film waste, including reprocessing where required
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
• Support manufacturing lines safely as required
• Report and escape Health & Safety or quality concerns appropriately

• Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working a rotating days and nights shift pattern
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards

• Salary: £31,434.94 per annum

• 1.23x for unsociable hours (6pm–4am Mon–Fri)
