 * £105,000 - £115,000 + 10% bonus + 8% pension. Bonus is consistent so earnings well over £120,000

You MUST have experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments (any exposure to clean rooms would also be beneficial). You will be Site leader for a 60 headcount business unit.

The Opportunity :
Head of manufacturing / Production Director jobs role

* We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Operations Director
-level leader to take full responsibility for a complex, 24/7 manufacturing operation within a highly regulated, precision engineering environment.

* This is a senior leadership role with full site accountability, overseeing production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, quality, and Health, Safety & Environment performance.

* It's a highly successful 60 headcount business (part of a large international group). It's 24/7 manufacturing - small batch - bespoke / complex and regulated manufacturing.

Candidate background:
Head of Manufacturing jobs role

* We are open to Site Managers, Operations Directors, Plant Managers or Senior Manufacturing Leaders who bring:

* Strong background in chemical, engineering, electronics, semiconductor, or similarly regulated manufacturing (medical, oil and gas, aero etc)

* Leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments - where quality standards are very high

* Strong Lean / CI track record (Six Sigma desirable)

* Within 1 hour approx. of Kirkcaldy / Glenrothes region
