Temporary (Ongoing Opportunity with potential permanent opportunities)

Shift Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Weekdays. Early finish on Fridays

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operators to join a well‑established and highly respected manufacturing organisation in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and quality‑driven environment where precision and attention to detail are key.

You will play a vital role in the production of high‑quality components, working as part of a supportive and structured team while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.

• Assemble small, delicate, and often intricate components to exact specifications.
• Use fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination to ensure accuracy in every build.
• Follow detailed written, diagrammatic, and visual instructions.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with strict manufacturing processes.
• Carry out visual inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies to maintain production standards.
• Adhere to all on‑site health & safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment in line with company expectations.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Take ownership of your own output, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is highly desirable.
• Experience handling small or electronic components would be advantageous.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.

• Successful candidates will be required to complete a Disclosure Scotland check (fully funded).
• A 3‑year employment history check will be carried out, including explanation of any gaps.
