Marketing Executive

Mc Arthur Glen  Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

We’re looking for a social‑first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital — driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.

• Own the day‑to‑day management of our social channels, website, and email – keeping content fresh, on‑brand, and relevant.
• Plan scroll‑stopping campaigns and brief photo/video shoots.
• Jump on trends and collaborate with retailers to promote new launches, offers, and events, helping shape how we show up online.
• Track performance closely, using insights and data to refine content and continuously improve results.

• A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
• A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
• Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
