Multi-Site Marketing & Events Coordinator

Help bring venues, events and communities to life across a growing hospitality group.

Bright Brewery Group is looking for an organised, creative and energetic Multi-Site Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with marketing, events or hospitality experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role supporting multiple venues across our growing business.

The Role

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and venue leadership teams, you’ll coordinate marketing campaigns, social media, events, sponsor ships, community partnerships and customer engagement initiatives that help drive venue performance and create memorable customer experiences.

No two days are the same. One day you could be creating content and scheduling campaigns, the next coordinating a venue activation, supporting a sponsorship partnership or helping deliver a major event.

This full-time role is based across Bright Brewery Group venues in the Melbourne Metro area, with travel between locations required and occasional evening, weekend, and public holiday work as needed.

About You

You’re organised, proactive and enjoy balancing creativity with administration.

You love seeing ideas come to life and are comfortable managing multiple projects while working with a variety of people and stakeholders.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, tourism or a related field
  • Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using Canva and Microsoft Office
  • A current driver’s licence

Bonus Points For

  • Experience using Meta Business Suite for content scheduling, engagement management and reporting
  • Exposure to Meta Ads Manager and paid social media advertising
  • Experience with Mailchimp, CRM platforms or customer loyalty programs
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Advertising campaigns
  • Hospitality, tourism or venue marketing experience
  • Event coordination or activation experience
  • Current RSA certification
