British Red Cross in Dundee is seeking a Senior Youth Worker for Safe Mates Scotland. The role is hybrid, 35 hours per week across Mon–Fri, delivering trauma-informed youth peer support and coordinating community events.
You will train volunteers, supervise wellbeing, and build strong local partnerships to extend impact across Scotland. You’ll lead risk assessments, safeguarding and crisis response while nurturing a positive, inclusive environment for young people and staff alike.
