This Band 6 Charge Nurse role provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills alongside a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner. With flexible working hours (36 hours per week), the unit offers support for ongoing professional development and hands-on experience in shaping patient services. Candidates must be registered on the UK NMC Register and demonstrate leadership abilities.
