We are looking for an exceptional QC Manager to lead a specialist GMP laboratory focused on lipid analysis and medicinal cannabis testing.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep GMP regulatory expertise with advanced analytical chemistry skills and thrives on solving complex technical challenges.
OpportunityYou will take ownership of the QC function, leading a skilled team, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and acting as the technical authority for analytical problem-solving and data interpretation.
Responsibilities- Leading QC operations in a GMP-regulated environment
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and controlled substance regulations
- Managing audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Overseeing testing of lipid and medicinal cannabis products
- Driving method validation, stability studies, and laboratory performance
- Leading and developing a high-performing QC team
