• Lead and inspire an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
• Ensure smooth operation from the customer lobby to the back‑of‑house
• Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction each shift
• Manage stock, schedules, training and all operational details

• Previous restaurant management experience (or a strong assistant ready to step up)
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude
