Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of morning service. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Lead kitchen during morning service, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Food production processes, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Manage the cleanliness and ensure that all check lists are completed and that kitchen is kept to a high standard
• Ensure all cutlery and crockery is wash and polished before being returned to shelves.
