Yellow 42 Recruitment are supporting a client in Pitlochry seeking a talented Sous Chef for their Pub with rooms in the centre of town. As Sous Chef, you’ll be second-in-command in a busy kitchen, maintaining consistency and quality while leading a small team.
You will work closely with the owners, kitchen and front of house teams to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for all guests, with opportunities for development and a competitive package.
