Heritage Portfolio, part of Sodexo Live!, is offering an Apprentice Commis Chef position in Scotland. You will train under skilled chefs, learn to prepare, cook and present high-quality food, and progress towards the Chef Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 5.
The programme runs about 12 months with practical kitchen development, masterclasses and events support. Salary is paid hourly, with full-time apprenticeship commitments across multiple venues in Scotland.
