Apex Resources Limited are currently recruiting an experienced and driven Retail Manager for a well-established retail business in the Dundee area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career potential for the right candidate.

Salary:
From £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Leading, motivating, and developing a retail team
• Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards at all times
• Managing stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
• Overseeing compliance with company policies, health & safety, and procedures

• Proven experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially focused with a results-driven approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• 40-hour working week
