At JD Sports, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, supportive team during the festive period. You’ll help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers, maintain high service and presentation standards, and support the smooth running of the shop floor by greeting customers, replenishing stock quickly, and ensuring the store is efficient, welcoming, and aligned with JD’s high standards.

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑focused retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.

• Positive, welcoming attitude with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.
• Proactive and energetic approach to delivering a great shopping experience.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
• Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day.
