** Showroom Consultant
** based in
** Dundee
* * you’ll be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.
* Showroom designs using CAD system
* Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.
* Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
* Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8:00am, - 17:00pm Monday - Friday and every Saturday 9:00am - 13:00pm with Time in Leiu.
** And here’s what we’d like you to have:
*** Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
* Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
* Basic computer literacy
