Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers! Jewellery retail is all about having great product knowledge. Our Store Supervisors bring that product knowledge to life, engaging customers with the stories behind each piece.

• Act as a role model of amazing customer service for other team members.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize sales through exceptional product expertise.
• Coach new team members, helping them settle in, develop product knowledge, and grow their retail skills.
• Support store management with daily operational tasks.

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality to build rapport with customers.
• Ambitious with a desire to progress into management.
• Ability to sell and demonstrate product features effectively.
