We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Shop Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role focused on customer service, bike sales, rentals, and the day‑to‑day running of the store.

Responsibilities- Managing daily shop operations
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Advising customers on bikes, rentals and accessories
- Processing bookings and sales
- Handling customer enquiries
- Supporting stock control and basic administration
- Ensuring bikes are ready for customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised store
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Assisting with marketing and social media
