Availability Window

Days and times you need to be available:

• Sun: 23:00 – 08:00
• Fri: 23:00 – 05:00
• Sat: 23:00 – 08:00

Pay starts from £13.28 an hour and increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week; if you prefer fewer hours you can work 12 to 16 hours and we’ll still be happy to hear from you.

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shift dates.

• Serve shoppers with confidence and pride, delivering a great shop experience.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply the training received, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and meet store needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Help track store performance, drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and contribute to profit.
• Handle products with care, maintaining quality and ensuring they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
