Retail Driver (Company Minibus Provided)

Full driving licence required.

Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay) + driving time. (Access to wages 3–7 days after shift.)

Location: Dundee

Must be available to work throughout July for this vacancy.

Shift pattern: 8–10 hour stock count shifts + driving time paid.

The Role

• Retail minibus driver to transport a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Employment will be on different retail customer sites and stores with travel varying shift‑by‑shift. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
• Notify the count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• Whilst on site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for prolonged periods of time; access equipment may be used occasionally to reach high stock.

Key skills and experience required

• Unscheduled hours, early mornings or night shifts; cannot hire anyone under 25 years.
• Full driving licence.
• Can‑do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner able to adapt to changing technology.
• Experience handling stock an advantage but not required.
