This is a temporary contract, with a rate of pay of £13.50 per hour.

As an Expert, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers using your in-depth knowledge of the shop floor products and excellent customer service skills. You will use your enthusiasm to guide and influence the rest of the shop floor team to deliver the same great levels of service as you.

We are looking for a passionate, retail-savvy Expert who leads by example on the shop floor. You're an enthusiastic brand ambassador who naturally inspires, guides, and upskills the rest of the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

: A proven track record of delivering top-tier customer service. You know how to guide, upsell, and recommend cross-promotions or pre-orders organically - without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.

Deep Product & Commercial Expertise

You live and breathe our product catalog. You stay ahead of top-selling lines, current marketing campaigns, and promotions, using both in-store and website resources to keep your product knowledge sharp.

Team Leadership & Communication

Clear, proactive, and encouraging. You are great at keeping the team in the loop and inspiring others on the floor to match your energy and standards.

Store Operations & Merchandising Mindset
:
Highly organized with a strong eye for detail. You take pride in maintaining full product availability, managing accurate stock levels, and applying solid visual merchandising principles to keep the department looking its best.

Proactive & Dependable
:
Reliable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.

Our stores are open 7 days a week so we need our Experts to be as flexible as possible.

Must be able to work nights when required.
