Choosing the perfect sofa is a big decision, which is why as a Deputy Store Manager, your primary focus will be leading from the front on the retail floor. This role is about driving exceptional sales and customer experience, whilst also stepping up to manage store operations on the Store Manager's days off.

So whether it's about style, comfort, or hitting your key indicators, you'll use your passion for product, sales expertise, and coaching skills to ensure there'll be no ifs or buts when it comes to you and your team delivering a first class, red carpet experience, every single time.

• Leading by example on the sales floor, delivering an unrivalled experience to every customer, driving revenue and achieving targets
