Area Partner

• £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings.
• £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
• Uncapped commission scheme.

In this fully employed position, our Partners enjoy the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility to become the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale. This is not a self‑employed role – Partners receive extensive support from learning and development, local property centre, technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise brand awareness locally.

Our best partners have an entrepreneurial spirit, desire to become the leading Agent in their area, build local relationships, focus on business generation, market their personal brand, and deliver an experience customers rave about.

Home‑based role with the security and benefits of an employed status. Competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, profit share, company car/car allowance, pension, and top‑tier training and coaching.
