Account Executive - Europe

Come and join our rapidly growing Sales team! As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will help qualify and win both new logos and expand existing customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations

Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Engage new and existing users to demonstrate how they can be more successful with Synadia product and services
  • Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around sales opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
  • Align the overall Synadia solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Drive all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to post-close
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Generate and manage a qualified pipeline
  • Develop a deep understanding of Synadia’s products and the competitive landscape
Position Requirements :
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Prior experience selling middleware, messaging, and open-source software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work well with C-level, architecture, business, and development teams
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Track record in closing enterprise and mid-market deals
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills for both internal and customer teams
  • Open to travel
Bonus:
  • Pre-IPO / Startup experience
  • Familiarity with NATS.io , Kafka, Microservices or Edge computing technologies
  • AI experience
