Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. This high‑impact remote SDR role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and booking high‑quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, Linked In outreach) to generate qualified B2B leads
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision‑makers within target accounts
  • Book high‑quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) with accurate activity tracking
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, email outreach, and meeting quotas
  • Qualify prospects based on ICP criteria and ensure smooth hand‑over to closing teams
  • Continuously refine sales scripts and outreach tactics based on performance data
Qualifications
  • 3–4+ years of experience in a B2B Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline building
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pipedrive)
  • Excellent communication and objection‑handling skills
  • Experience targeting decision‑makers in mid‑market or enterprise companies
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft) is a plus
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
