Account Manager - Cambs​/East Anglia

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced client and take control of a number of important accounts for the business. You will take briefs and work with internal teams to understand the expectations of your clients, and move jobs through the design process in a timely fashion. While delivering a first-class product and service, you’ll develop the existing relationships with clients and grow the accounts consistently, constantly identifying and capitalising on new and innovative opportunities.

We’ll rely on your experience to help us make strategic decisions about the future of our partnership with the clients, helping them to identify their own commercial opportunities so that we can facilitate for years to come. You’ll work with other Account Managers in a fast-paced environment, being engaged in interesting work with the client and your team. You’ll get to know our products really well and will be able to talk through their benefits with your clients, which will strengthen your network in the market and enhance the reputation of our client.

• Identify and build strong relationships with clients across multiple accounts.
• Take briefs and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Move jobs through the design process efficiently.
• Offer strategic advice and uncover opportunities for commercial growth.

• Previous account management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to make strategic decisions.
• Understanding of POS, FSDUs and Shippers.
• Commercial awareness and confidence with the financial aspects of the business.
• Sales-oriented personality, with the ability to uncover and investigate new opportunities.
• Print experience (2D or 3D) would be advantageous.
• Eligible to work in the UK and have previous experience in print, packaging or paper sectors.
