You’ll take your patch and turn it into a Monster stronghold, driving range, space, availability, visibility and activation across the independent convenience channel.

You’ll run your area like your own business; spotting opportunities, building relationships and delivering against clear targets.

• Increasing facings, product mix and cold availability
• Creating standout in-store execution with POS and secondary displays
• Bringing promotions to life to drive rate of sale
• Influencing and training distributor partner sales teams
• Managing activity and reporting in line with company standards

• FMCG / field sales looking for a bigger brand and real autonomy
• Retail, convenience, hospitality or on-trade and ready to step into your first sales role

• Relentless energy and a competitive mindset
• Strong relationship-building and persuasive selling skills
• The confidence to work independently and own your numbers
• Resilience and a solution-focused attitude
• A full (manual) UK driving licence & comfortable driving VW Transporter
