Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Advisor for the Canterbury office. The salary package on offer is £28,00 OTE.

• Getting to know our clients and understanding their property dreams and desires.
• Leading property viewings, offering detailed and insightful information to potential buyers, making each visit informative and engaging.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout their property journey.
• Working closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

• You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
• You will be dedicated to delivering a first‑class customer experience.
