• Make 100+ cold calls a day using tried‑and‑tested processes.
• Develop knowledge of Engineering, IT, Finance and Tech markets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for senior roles.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the team’s success.

• Recent graduate or trainee with an interest in recruitment/sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn, develop and progress.
• Comfortable with phone prospecting and achieving targets.

• Uncapped commission with high earning potential.
