Recruitment Consultant (Trainee)
Location:
Bristol City Centre
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k in year
1) + Progression + Training
We offer a sales role where you can be trained, developed and progress through your career. The compensation includes unlimited commission and a structured training programme.
Responsibilities- Make 100+ cold calls a day to build a sales pipeline.
- Use established sales processes and company tools to meet targets.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve selling skills.
- Progress to senior recruitment roles within the company based on performance.
