We’re hiring a Sales Advisor at Graham, Dundee – someone who knows their stock, their customers, and how to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced merchant environment.

We’re part of the UK’s largest independent plumbing and heating merchant group, with over 320 sites nationwide. Our sites are run with local decision-making, real ownership, and a focus on service - not red tape.

• Serving trade and cash customers on the counter
• Building quotes and providing technical product advice
• Supporting trade account management and re-engagement
• Maintaining the shop floor and stock areas
• Helping with local pricing, displays, and ordering
• Picking and packing orders for customer deliveries
• Creating great relationships with loyal, repeat customers

• Experience in a plumbing & heating, DIY, or builders' merchant environment
• Strong customer-facing skills and confident communication
• Comfortable managing pricing, ordering, and in-store decision-making
• Team-first approach and pride in a tidy, efficient counter
• Full UK driving license
