Position:Sales Executive
Hours:8-24 hours per week (flexible shifts)
Pay:£12.71 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus

Oud Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive to join our perfume kiosk team at Overgate Shopping Centre. If you enjoy meeting new people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about luxury fragrances, we’d love to hear from you.

As the face of Oud Studio, you’ll create memorable customer experiences by introducing our premium perfume collection and helping customers find their perfect fragrance.

• Proactively approach customers and start engaging conversations.
• Hand out fragrance testers to encourage customer interaction.
• Introduce and demonstrate Oud Studio perfumes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Process sales accurately using the till system.
• Maintain excellent presentation of the kiosk at all times.
• Manage stock levels and replenish displays.
• Assist with weekly stock deliveries and kiosk setup.
• Keep the kiosk clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Complete other retail duties as required.

• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury products is an advantage.
• Reliable, well-presented, and able to work independently.
