We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow our presence in the UK construction market by strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – North, you will be:

• Promoting the Rockfon brand to target groups
• Developing the Rockfon business within the designated geographical area
• Developing tactics and account plans to capitalise on market opportunities
• Working closely with the Specification team to realise the potential of ongoing and future projects
• Utilising Rockfon sales tools to log all activities (Rock Sell)
• Working closely with the Technical Services Team to ensure efficient and timely follow up of calculation requests
• Carrying out market research while maintaining competitor awareness
• Promoting and selling the technical details of the Rockfon product range while understanding legislation and its impact

• Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable)
• Familiarity with distribution sales channels
• Strong CRM skills
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset
• IT proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM)
• Experience with technical/solution selling advantageous
