Pay: £12.71 per hour + up to 15% quarterly bonus

OTE: up to £14.61 per hour

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role. Mileage is reimbursed at 34p per mile.

Smollan are looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent Mondelez, some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships and making a real impact in stores, we'd love to hear from you. You don't need previous field marketing experience - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn, and full training will be provided.

• Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues
• Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory
• Communicate confidently and positively with people at all levels

• Create eye-catching displays and promotional features
• Ensure products are available, visible and well presented for shoppers
• Identify opportunities to improve brand presence and availability

• Plan and manage your own store visits
• Work independently and take ownership of your activity
• Identify opportunities and use your initiative to get the best results
• Share insights and feedback from your stores

• Experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or a field-based role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
