Account Manager

• As Field Account Manager, you will take responsibility for a well-established territory covering Scotland.
• You’ll inherit an existing portfolio of loyal customers and focus primarily on developing and retaining these accounts, identifying opportunities to increase spend and broaden product penetration across the range.
• Working with retailers, interior designers, commercial customers and procurement professionals, you’ll become a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service while maximising revenue opportunities.
• This is a relationship-led role where the emphasis is on account development, customer retention and long-term partnership building, with a smaller element of new business generation.

• Manage and develop an established customer portfolio across Scotland
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to grow customer spend across the product range
• Conduct regular customer visits and territory reviews
• Deliver product demonstrations and showcase new ranges
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Identify and convert selected new business opportunities within the territory
• Achieve and exceed sales and growth objectives

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused sales professional who enjoys managing customer relationships and developing business over the long term.

• Proven B2B field sales experience
• Experience selling physical products into a commercial environment
• Strong territory management and account development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Comfortable managing a large geographical territory
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience with in FMCG, homewares, interiors, construction products or related sectors
• Experience dealing with retailers, distributors, interior designers or procurement teams

• £40,000 – £42,500 Basic Salary
