This role bridges the gap between financial regulation and cutting-edge technology by automating lending and compliance workflows. You will translate complex SMB underwriting and AML policies into buildable specifications for agentic AI. Working closely with engineers and compliance experts, you will ensure AI-driven reviews are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready for financial institutions.

• Lead the integration of agentic AI into mission-critical financial governance and credit operations.
• Join a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs at the intersection of AI and Reg Tech.
• Influence the development of AI "playbooks" that redefine how banks manage risk and compliance.

• Transform unstructured interviews, policies, and spreadsheets into clear process maps and user stories.
• Define AI guardrails, prompts, and success metrics for automated lending and AML workflows.
• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality tickets, diagrams, and acceptance criteria for new features.

• 3–6 years of experience in fintech, Reg Tech, or financial services as a Business or Functional Analyst.
• Domain expertise in lending, credit risk, or BSA/AML/KYC compliance workflows.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced, remote startup environments.
