Volunteer Driver – Wish Ambulance Scotland

Drivers will undertake MiDAS driver training and assessment with a local organisation.
- eLearning modules
- Comprehensive onboarding training
- Mandatory in‑person courses such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Moving & Handling
Ongoing development is encouraged – we will consider investing in courses to benefit our drivers.
Restrictions- Minimum age: 21
- Must have a clean licence – no C1/D1 requirement
- No previous or ongoing vehicle convictions

- Sunday
- Morning
- Afternoon
- Evening
At least 1–2 shifts per month.
Volunteers aged 12–25 may claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity. Find out more.
