HGV Driver HIAB

We are seeking an experienced HGV Driver with HIAB certification for our generator & welding equipment business.

• Operate HGV lorries with HIAB crane for safe loading and unloading of goods.
• Deliver cargo efficiently to various locations, adhering to routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-journey safety checks on vehicles and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Secure loads properly to prevent movement during transit.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with loading/unloading using HIAB skills when needed.

Skills required include a valid HGV license with HIAB certification, proven commercial driving experience, familiarity with flatbed cargo securing, and strong organizational and communication skills.

The role offers £13.00-£15.00 per hour, with benefits such as a canteen, company pension, and free parking. The position is in person, requiring safe operation of heavy machinery and adherence to safety standards.
