As a
** Warehouse Operative
** based in
** Dundee**, you’ll be responsible for:
* Driving a 3.5t Sprinter van delivering orders to customer properties and delivery sites
* Completing general warehouse duties in a fast paced environment
* Picking and packing items ready for delivery to our customers - which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets
* Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections
* Booking stock in on the system and putting it away in the correct locations
* Processing stock and completing orders for delivery or collection
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
This is a full time role working 40 hours a week
- Monday
- Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm and Saturday working on a rota, 09:00 to 13:00, as Time in Leiu.
** And here’s what we’d like you to have:
*** Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
* Delivery driving experience
* Strong numeracy skills and PC literacy
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (Forklift training)
* A strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
* A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
