THE EMPLOYER IS: TRAILBLAZER BBQ Trailblazer BBQ has an opportunity for an individual to join our team and support the administrative side of our business. This role offers the chance to learn the nuts and bolts of a rapidly growing manufacturing company, engaging in a wide variety of tasks and developing valuable skills along the way. You will play an important part in the day-to-day operations of Trailblazer BBQ, becoming a key contributor to an organisation with a world-class product range and a global customer base - all from our factory in Dundonald.

With stimulating variety, hands‑on responsibility, and the opportunity for further career progression for the right person, this role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive team. You will report directly to the General Manager and work alongside our Admin Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Logging, tracking, and updating customer enquiries within our online CRM system.
  • Creating purchase orders, invoices, and related administrative documents.
  • Performing general administration duties, including filing and document organisation.
  • Pricing, preparing, and organising the delivery of Amazon and online web orders.
  • Carrying out vinyl cutting tasks - including printing, preparing, and applying Trailblazer vinyl branding and logos.
  • Taking minutes and contributing during regular strategy, product development, and operational meetings.
  • Developing skills in company marketing processes, tools, and software.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well‑organised workspace at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Effective timekeeping and reliability.
  • Clean UK driving licence and own means of transport.
