Ward Clerk - Ulster Hospital

Ward Clerk required to work in the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. This role will start immediately and is based in the transition and discharge ward. Hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

What The Job Entails:

• Interaction with patients and healthcare professionals
• General reception duties, handling incoming calls, mail and patient records
• Issuing transfer or discharge papers
• Arranging transport for discharges
• Handling confidential information
• Use of Trusts computerised systems

What We Need From You:

• 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above to include English (or equivalent)
• One year administrative experience
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
• Willing to complete an Access NI police check
