VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a leading Main Contractor that works on a variety of projects, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

£50,000 + van / fuel / package

Leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 20 years across the UK and Ireland, consistently delivering high quality solutions. They work across various sectors carrying out a range of projects including new build, fit‑out and facilities maintenance.

• Lead daily site activities, overseeing groundworks, civils and new build operations
• Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship
• Coordinate project sequences to keep activities on schedule, resolving issues swiftly
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS and site procedures
• Collaborate with clients, project teams and design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor site productivity, quality, and ensure project milestones are met from start to finish

• Degree or HND qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Main Contractor background
• Track record as a No.1 Site Manager
• Experience working on new build projects from the ground up
• CSR card
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong man management skills able to get the best out of site teams
• High level of IT literacy
• Able to travel to sites in Omagh and Monaghan
