Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

• We have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server/Desktop.
• We have networking and server infrastructure support experience.
• We have experience supporting ERP or other business-critical applications.
• We have strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• We act as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
• We support and maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and server environments.
• We assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and system migrations.
• We work closely with local users, business stakeholders, and global IT teams.
• We provide hands‑on support including hardware installations, network cabling, user administration, and technology rollouts.
• We travel to European sites on occasion to support project and operational requirements.

We are recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team in Belfast City Centre on a permanent basis, with a salary of £45,000 to £50,000. This is a hands‑on role supporting infrastructure, business applications, and end users, while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements across the business.
