Account Manager – Mid‑Market Customer Success

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Mid‑Market customers, driving product adoption and identifying upsell opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success Managers to achieve retention objectives.

Provides administrative, reporting, and coordination support to bid and project activities in Belfast, ensuring smooth operations in line with Thales processes.

• Run customer, bid, and project meetings – arrange logistics and prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate contributions from attendees and create information packs.
• Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and action registers.
• Track document lifecycle and support document management procedures.
• Assist with data entry, reporting cycles, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Manage timesheets and expense submissions efficiently.

Security Clearance: This role requires Security Clearance (SC). The successful applicant must obtain and maintain SC clearance prior to commencing employment. Residence in the UK for the last five years is required.
